All about the Guatapé & San Rafael.

    Day 1
We will leave Medellin at 7am and shortly arrive at the replica of the sunken village in Guatape second biggest rock of Latin America El Piedra del Penol. At El Penol we will give you the chance to climb the 740 steps of La Piedra(7005ft) and take in the fantastic 360 views and its possible to see the 500 km shore-perimeter dam.
Afterwards we will drive into Guatape and grab a spot of lunch and do a bit of sight-seeing. Our final thing of the day will see us go out onto the water in our boats where we will go and see the spot of the sunken village then head off to the famous finca of Escobar called La Manuela after his daughter where you can then go walk around and see whats left of the place for yourself (now also a popular spot for paintballing).

Later we will head off back into Guatape where we will meet our transport and drive off to the Eco Lodge where you will have the chance to go for a small hike for about an hour or so into the jungle where you might get to see the local monkey population at sun set or some of the other wildlife of the area.
For those that just want to relax you can just chill out around the lodge or go for a spot of fishing.

    Day 2
We will start with a spot of breakfast before heading off to the nearby river where we will get a quick safety brief and choose your rubber ring then set off for a few hours floating, drifting and taking in the ambiance of the river till we reach the town of San Rafael. Once here we will exit the river, get dried off and go grab lunch and a quick walk around the town before heading off for our final part of this adventure which is to visit a waterfall where you can go jumping, swimming and exploring. Depending on the energy of the group we can continue to another waterfall just a 20 minute walk further.
Once we have had our fill we shall head off back to Medellin to where your little adventure ends unfortunately.
